chicken a la carte!

I felt very disappointed with myself for not treasuring what I have now, and disheartened with the condition of the people in the village till I almost shed my tear but I didn't. Especially the children. when i saw the children in the video running towards the "guy", my heart ache. I imagined what will happened if my family were in that condition. Seeing the children in that state, eating the leftovers that are being picked up by the "guy", from the bin?! Oh well, imagine what will you feel if your family or even friends pick foods from the bin, and eat it? That's awful. but, why are these people in the video doing so? Oh god, I think that their government is being unfair to these people, for not doing anything to improve the lives of these people, leaving them in a misery, struggling and fighting for the lives, starving themselves, eating leftovers, maybe, drinking rainwater due to limited water they are getting? and so on.

After watching this video, I realised how fortunate I am. Really, I got whatever I have, nice clothes for outings and certain occasions, a laptop for studying and also for playing games, clean water for drinking and also bathing, delicious food for me to enjoy and also to satisfy my temptation, enough money to buy the things that I need and a proper shelter to prevent myself from rain and sun. Watching how happily they were when they get to eat a piece of leftover chicken, has taught me that from now on I shall not be fussy with what food I have for lunch/dinner. As long as it is edible, I must be happy and lucky to have good food to eat.

Some are rich some are poor, maybe they are from generations. Maybe it is because they didn't study well in the past, and so in the future, those uneducated people do not know how they make money to survive and so, they tend to beg for money, and stuffs like that. On the other hand, most probably people who are living in countries like Japan, Malaysia or Singapore, which are more likely to be a more developed countries than the third world countries like Africa. Thus, therefore we are richer people than them. developed countries have more educated people due to good education that the country is providing.

I think what is happening in the video is not fair. Everyone should be treated fairly. People from the video should not be treated this way. We should help them by donating money. Raising funds for them is also a good way to help. We could also donate our things, like books and clothing or anything. it's the thoughts that counts. Since we are pretty much likely to be educated, we could also volunteer ourselves to teach them whatever knowledge that we have.

Helping people is good! (^:
